What’s changing
We added a dedicated module for WhatsApp templates, with the same approval flow Meta Business Manager uses, but without leaving Unify.
- Create templates with named variables
- Approval status (pending, approved, rejected) visible on every card
- Preview that matches WhatsApp’s real chrome
Why it matters
Before, you had to go back and forth between Unify and Meta’s Business Manager to know if a template could already be sent. Now all the status lives in one place.
This is placeholder content, meant to be replaced by the real announcement once the feature ships to production.
