We added a Store module to manage conversational selling end to end, without leaving Unify.
- Product catalog organized by categories
- Order management with statuses (Confirmed, On the way, Delivered)
- Abandoned carts: products that didn’t reach checkout in the last 24 hours, ready to recover
- Quick search by product or order
Why it matters
A sale that starts in a WhatsApp or Instagram conversation no longer gets lost in a separate spreadsheet — the order and its status stay tied to the same inbox where the chat started.
